Udawatta Kele Sanctuary

Located on the northern side of Kandy Lake, Udawatta Kele Sanctuary is a serene forest featuring towering hardwoods, expansive bamboo groves, and a thriving population of monkeys. Bird enthusiasts will find it particularly rewarding, and guided birdwatching tours are available at the entrance for around Rs 500 (price may vary).
